Aims of my phd are to develop predictive models for prostate and rectal cancer patients. These objectives will be reached through the creation or update of an ontology for each site, the collection of patients data, both epidemiological, clinical or imaging, in repository system created ad hoc, to analyse variables and mine more relevant, develop a statistical analysis on these data to create predictive models, applications and patentee.
